PRICING POLICY

• All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• All orders are billed for postage, handling and state sales tax where applicable.
• Mastercard, Visa and check are acceptable forms of prepayment.

RETURN POLICY

1. Written permission from the publisher must be obtained before making return.
2. When requesting such permission, include quantity to return, ISBN #, title, author, invoice # and total dollar ($) amount for each book to be returned.
3. Returns must be received within 30 days of permission granted.
4. No books may be returned after 12 months (one year) from the date of publisher's original invoice.
5. The titles may be returned to us if they are current editions and/or printings in clean, salable condition.
6. No returns will be accepted on titles which have gone out-of-print or on previous printings/editions of titles which have gone into a new printing or edition.
7. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Such shipments will be returned to you at your expense.
